This project makes a great gift for a baby shower and is really easy to make. I made two receiving blankets and then folded one of them into the shape of a diaper. I also made two t-shirts and rolled them up along with the second blanket and stuffed them into the diaper.
Materials:
- 1 yard of flannel for each blanket
- two baby t-shirts
- two diaper pins
- fusing paper

This candle was made with scrapbooking vellum paper that came preprinted with different phrases and metal brads. It only took me about 15 minutes to make it and I can think of a lot of different takes on this project. If you take a walk through the scrapbook section of your favorite craft store I’m sure you can come up with a lot of fun ways to use this basic idea.

I made these stockings for my son and daughter in law and for their doggie children. They are simple to make and the extra details are quick and easy too.
Materials:
- Each stocking requires about 1/2 yard of fabric
- Contrasting fabric (1/2 yard should be enough to make all four)
- small decorative buttons
- fabric paper for the printer if you want to add names
- 1/4 yard of muslin fabric

This mini tree is made from some pine pipe cleaners and a twig. I glued it into a mini clay pot that is decorated with some holiday ribbon.
Materials:
- pine greenery pipe cleaners which can be purchased in any hobby store.
- small clay pot
- twig
- ribbon or any kind of trim
- small piece of styrofoam or florist foam
- red berries to glue on tips of tree
- moss

These Ho Ho Ho decorations were made from some adhesive backed words that I found in the scrapbook section at Hobby Lobby. They also had other words like Snow, Joy, etc.. and I used cardstock paper for the background.
Materials:
- adhesive backed words purchased in scrapbook section
- cardstock paper
- garland
- lights
- santa’s or other decor that corresponds to the words you choose.

This is a great winter project and is really easy to make. I used an old Christmas postcard that I copied onto fabric paper and then glued onto the hat.
Materials:
- 1 yard of medium weight canvas fabric
- black paint
- old post card or anything you would like to use

Step 1.
Cut a piece of canvas measuring 9″ X 18″. Fold it in half and stitch using a 1/2 inch seam allowance as shown.

These candle holders are made from clay pots that are painted and stenciled. I made six of them to use as a centerpiece on my Thanksgiving table but they would be great for any kind of gathering.
Materials:
- clay pot
- paint
- florist bricks or styrofoam
- candle
- stencil

This is a fun project for Thanksgiving or Fall decor. The leaves have ribbon loops and name tags sewn on so that each family member can take their leaves home and string on a ribbon as a lasting memory of family gatherings.

This table runner is easy and inexpensive to make. I stenciled enough leaves on it for all family members and guests to sign on Thanksgiving Day fwith a permanent marker.
Materials:
- Measure your table and then buy enough fabric to hang over on both sides adding about an inch for a hem all the way around.
- Paint and stencil of your choice

These gingerbread men are fun and easy to make. I used a lightweight canvas which I painted brown and added embellishments to. These look great with the candy canes and can be used in many different ways.
Materials:
- Small piece of lightweight canvas
- brown paint
- fiberfill stuffing
- tiny buttons
- fabric strip or ribbon for bow
