I love crows and always enjoy using them to decorate for Halloween. This year the Dollar Store had several different styles of crows and they were only a dollar apiece so I went a little crazy with them. Here are some ideas you might enjoy using to decorate your house this year.
1. Crows on the light fixture. For this one I just wrapped a berry garland around the top of the lights and then added a couple of crows.
2. I snagged a bird nest for this one but if you don’t have access to one you can use moss. I had a piece of driftwood that I stood on end and attached a bird to it with hot glue. Then I added a couple more . I stuck a couple of autumn leaves that I purchased at Hobby Lobby but you could use real leaves. I put some acorns in the nest and then added a couple of wooden pumpkins on either side.
3. I made these boots last year using the same pattern as the faux snakeskin witch boots which are on the website under Halloween projects. Instead of the snakeskin fabric I used a canvas fabric and painted it black after I made them.
I just added some moss to the top of each boot and put acorns in “nests” and then added a crow.
4. I added a couple of crows to this wall hanging by attaching them to the iron scrolls with the wire that is connected to the feet.
